Lost or Damaged Orders

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items once an order has shipped. All packages are insured for the cost of the order. A claim for damaged or missing packages will need to be placed through the shipping service to obtain a refund for your order.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

My address is wrong, what do I do?

Please contact me as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped, I can change your address in the system.
